このたびの熊本地震によりご心配をおかけしておりますが、熊本市内は震源地から離れており、地震による影響は限定的です。APASL STC 2026 Kumamotoは予定通り開催いたします。
現在、航空便・九州新幹線とも通常通り運行しており、会場ホテルにも大きな被害はありません。
参加予定の皆様には、どうぞ安心して予定通り熊本へお越しください。

Important Notice Regarding APASL STC 2026 Kumamoto
Dear Colleagues,
Following the recent earthquake in Kumamoto, we understand that some participants may have concerns regarding travel to Kumamoto.
Kumamoto City is located away from the main epicentral area and has sustained only limited impact from the earthquake. We are therefore pleased to confirm that APASL STC 2026 Kumamoto will be held as scheduled.
Flights and Shinkansen services to Kumamoto are operating normally, and the conference venue has sustained no significant damage and remains fully operational.
We look forward to welcoming you to Kumamoto and encourage you to proceed with your travel plans with confidence.

Following the Kumamoto Earthquake on July 28, 2026, we have received many kind messages of concern and encouragement from colleagues and friends around the world.
We sincerely thank you for your thoughtful support.
We are pleased to let you know that all members of the APASL STC 2026 Kumamoto Organizing Committee are safe.
At the same time, we would like to express our heartfelt sympathies to everyone affected by the earthquake.
We sincerely pray for the safety of those affected and for the swift recovery of the affected communities.
